Every item on this site is stock so you will be sure of receiving your items quickly.

Items ordered before 1pm will be dispatched on the same working day where possible.

Items ordered after 1pm will be dispatched the next day. 





All items fixed rate express shipping - £1.99

UK Small packages will be shipped with the Royal Mail 1st Class

UK Larger orders over 1kg will be shipped with City Link on a next day trackable service 

UK Very Large Item will be ship with TNT or similar service up to 3 days

We cannot offer express shipping to Europe, Ireland, The highlands of Scotland, other remote or offshore areas or the Channel Islands. 

Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays, if you require a Saturday delivery please contact us.

Large items include windsurf boards, kayaks, & paddleboards, kitesurf hardware.

Shipping will be either by Royal Mail or EXPD International depending on the size of the item.

If you are unsure whether the items that you're oredering qualify for £1.99 European shipping please contact us 





Small Items - Fixed rate £1.99

Small items include wetsuits and clothing.  

Only £1.99 I hear you ask??!  That's right, we can claim VAT back on items being shipped outside of the EU and can put this towards the shipping costs.


Large items - Please contact us with a list of the items that you'd like to order and your shipping address.  We will quickly get back to you with a quote, with no commitment to buy should it be more than you expect.  Don't forget even on large items we'll put the VAT towards the shipping costs so buying with us is still a great option.




If for any reason the item you receive is faulty or you are unhappy with it, please email or call us as soon as possible to see what is the best course of action to take and return the item in question within 10 days of purchase. If you are required to return the item it must be in original condition in the packaging and tags still on.


Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage during the shipping of the returned goods). You are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We therefore recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. This service is offered free of charge by the post office.  If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
